Hi Boys & Girls!!!

I hope everyone is having a great Friday!

I just wanted to say Thank-you to everyone for a wonderful and unique school year! This will be my last post of school work, as your EAL lessons are officially over today!

Your classroom teacher will still be in communication with you until June 19th, but your EAL work is done!

You all did so great!

Keep in mind that if I have not received your confirmation on whether your child will be taking EAL for next school year, please let me know!

Today's Work is Journal

This week I want you to write about whatever you would like! You can write about what you will do this summer! What lesson you liked best on Mrs. Michala’s Blog. You can talk about anything!

Have fun with this one! And feel free to email your last journal entry if you would like!

Try to sound out your words and do your best!!!!!!!!!

EXPERIENCE FOR TODAY:

Do something fun outside that reminds you of summer (make sure you ask your mom & dad.) For example: wear sandals, eat ice cream, water flowers..PLAY!!

Today’s Work is WRITING!!!

We are going to write about Summer!

FIRST
Write the first letter of your summer vocabulary words and draw a picture of each.

SECOND

Write out your ten summer vocabulary words.

THIRD

Write out the ten summer vocabulary words and use each of them in a sentence.

Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! This is our LAST WEEK of EAL learning!! Your classroom work will continue for one more week, but EAL work will be finished on June 12th!

This week’s vocabulary is SUMMER!!!

Today I will be adding the link that will allow you to access Mrs. Michala’s EAL work for Week 8. Staying with the same idea, each day there is a different focus:

Monday: Vocabulary
Tuesday: Writing
Wednesday: Experience
Thursday: Drawing
Friday: Journal

I will also be posting the work daily, so if you have questions, they will probably be answered on the blog post for that day! 🙂

• You do not need to do all of the work listed for that day. Find your level or amount of work you would like to do and try it!

• This work will not be marked, but if you want to email it to me when it’s completed, so I can take a look at it, that is okay!

Please send me any questions or concerns you may have, or if you're having trouble seeing the links!

Pick 5 body parts and go outside (with mom & dad’s permission) and do an action with each of those parts. (Example: hand -> throw a ball, or feet -> run)
